We provide both non-heated and infrared-heated classes. We meet you exactly where you are, and partner with you to get you where you want to be.

Ready for more yoga but need the flexibility to practice around your schedule? The 10 Class Pass is good for 1 whole year. Use them all before they expire!

$250 - This is the only package that can be shared with family and friends. No extensions.

Commit to yoga as a part of your normal weekly routine. The Unlimited Yoga Membership is for $139 a month where you begin to develop both an exercise habit and a mental care habit.

Not your typical sound bath.

Join us on Friday, April 25th at 7:30 pm for an auditory exploration that will keep you in a healing yet awakened meditation as your mind lingers on the deep resonant notes of buffalo drum, the shimmer of rainstick, the rolling waves of ocean drum, the shaking of seed shells, and the soothing swells of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, and even a *mystery* sound. $40 a person.

Fearvana 2025 KULA Outing at FLGX Adventure Course

Join us for a 4-hour adventure course on June 1st at 10 am at FLGX where you’ll get a chance to test your limits and experience adventure in the great outdoors! Friends and family ages 12 and up are welcome to join us. $80 per person. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required.

The BIG 108

Join us for 108 Sun Salutation A's together in the park on the summer solstice! Save the date: Saturday, June 21st at 9:30 am at Roosevelt Park in Cranford. This free event is to celebrate yoga and community! Although it is optional, we hope you consider a $25 recommended donation to the Fearvana Foundation. Donations can be made directly at the Fearvana Foundation website or with cash or check at the park on June 21st.

Wolf Flow

Happening monthly on Fridays from 7 pm to 8:15 pm on May 9. Join our monthly Wolf Flow class - an advanced Vinyasa class focused on developing true strength and flexibility - rigorous sun salutations, long held poses, and advanced poses you won't learn in other classes.

Qigong Classes

Happening monthly on Sundays at 11:45 am on April 27 and May 18. Qigong, pronounced (chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. During this workshop, you will learn a set of exercises called "Between Heaven and Earth," activated each of the eight extraordinary meridians.

*Monthly classes are on pause for June, July, and August and will return in September.

Deep Tissue Release Body Rolling

This monthly class happens on Fridays at 7 pm on May 2. Christa will teach you how to compliment your yoga practice by helping your muscles loosen up and learn how to roll to release knots and tension in your body.
