Vernal Equinox Walking Meditation Hike

Happening on Saturday, March 22nd at 10:30am. We’ll begin and end our approximately 3 mile hike at Fearvana Yoga. This easy, flat trail is suitable for all levels, and includes 20 minutes of Stretch Flow. Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome. Join us as we embrace renewal, balance, and the energy of spring in the beauty of the outdoors. $20 per person. Registration required.

Stretch & Mobility Flow Certification Training

Join us on Friday, April 25th at 7:30 pm for an auditory exploration that will keep you in a healing yet awakened meditation as your mind lingers on the deep resonant notes of buffalo drum, the shimmer of rainstick, the rolling waves of ocean drum, the shaking of seed shells, and the soothing swells of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, and even a *mystery* sound. $40 a person.

Fearvana KULA Outing at FLGX Adventure Course

Puppy yoga in April!

Join us and the adoptable pups of OSCAR rescue for an hour of puppy love, yoga, and community on Saturday, April 5th at noon! Enjoy a 45-minute mixed-level yoga class as adorable puppies roam freely, followed by a "snuggasana" cuddle session. Tickets are $47.50 in advance, with a portion of proceeds supporting OSCAR rescue.

Wolf Flow

Happening monthly on Fridays from 7 pm to 8:15 pm on March 14, April 18, and May 9. Join our monthly Wolf Flow class - an advanced Vinyasa class focused on developing true strength and flexibility - rigorous sun salutations, long held poses, and advanced poses you won't learn in other classes.

Qigong Classes

Happening monthly on Sundays at 11:45 am on March 16, April 27, and May 18. Qigong, pronounced (chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. During this workshop, you will learn a set of exercises called "Between Heaven and Earth," activated each of the eight extraordinary meridians.

Deep Tissue Release Body Rolling

This monthly class happens on Fridays at 7 pm on March 21, April 4, and May 2. Christa will teach you how to compliment your yoga practice by helping your muscles loosen up and learn how to roll to release knots and tension in your body.
