Wolf Flow

Happening monthly on Fridays from 7 pm to 8:15 pm on November 15, and December 13. Join our monthly Wolf Flow class - an advanced Vinyasa class focused on developing true strength and flexibility - rigorous sun salutations, long held poses, and advanced poses you won't learn in other classes.

Qigong Classes

Happening monthly on Sundays at 11:45 am on November 17, and December 15. Qigong, pronounced (chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. During this workshop, you will learn a set of exercises called "Between Heaven and Earth," activated each of the eight extraordinary meridians.

Deep Tissue Release Body Rolling

This monthly class happens on Fridays at 7 pm on November 8, and December 6. Christa will teach you how to compliment your yoga practice by helping your muscles loosen up and learn how to roll to release knots and tension in your body.
